Quack automatically logs your calls in Outreach during your dial session.

When you get a no answer in Quack, we are updating the same back into your Outreach.

You then have the opportunity to update "connected" calls through Quack as well. When you complete a connected call a pop up will appear for you to be able to log the call the same way you would in Outreach.

Allowing you to log:

Call Reason, Call Disposition, Call Notes and Call Tags.
