Call Disposition Syncing - No Answers

This article is to ensure all of your Quack dials & their respective call dispositions are properly populating in Outreach.

  1. Log in to Quack

  2. Navigate down to “Default call disposition for: No Answer"

  3. Choose which option you would normally pick for a "No Answer" in Outreach. The options displayed are imported directly from your teams Outreach instance.
