Setting up your User Settings

The first thing you'll want to do after logging into Quack for the first time, is set-up your user settings.

Navigate to "User Settings" within Quack.

The first thing we'll do is setup your inbound callback number. Setting up an inbound number will allow you to receive call backs from prospects to the number of your choice. No matter which outbound number you're calling from, if a prospect calls you back it will be routed to your inbound number.

Next, we'll create your first content card. Think of content cards as your own personal spark notes heading into a cold call. These can include anything from call scripts, to objection handles, product information or even competitive intelligence! Fully customizable & right at your fingertips during a live conversation.
